Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks. Assist guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs. Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target. Execute daily tasks assigned by leaders to support goals, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas. Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified. Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed. Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability. Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Work in a safe manner and comply with safety policies; report hazards and correct where possible. Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while ensuring compliance with laws. Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes. Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks within timeframes. Additional Requirements
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Climb ladders as required. Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance. Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance. Work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout). Remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
