Responsibilities
Create a welcoming guest experience while completing daily tasks Assist guests by anticipating needs and solving their specific questions Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and post promotional signs for GM areas as directed Operate power equipment if certified Change prices, perform merchandise setup and maintenance, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed Learn how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to assist guests and improve their experience Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and regulatory compliance Work safely; follow safety policies, report hazards and correct where possible Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws Perform other duties based on business needs What we are looking for
