Highlights Healthcare - Autism ABA Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for our Learning Centers throughout North Carolina. Location-specific details include Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance where needed. We are recruiting clinical staff for our growing clinic and home-based operations throughout North Carolina who are dedicated to providing high-quality client care in a supportive, clinician-driven environment. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Highlights Healthcare, you will: Supervise ABA staff with emphasis on dignity and privacy Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions using ABA for children with autism Conduct diagnostic testing and behavioral analyses as applicable Provide supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA principles Lead projects to improve client service, satisfaction, and employee performance Contribute to quality initiatives to improve referral source satisfaction Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws, programs, and insurance requirements to ensure compliance Support growth of Highlights Healthcare and assist in pursuing new business opportunities Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field Current BCBA certification from BACB Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong learner and family engagement skills with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools (e.g., Central Reach) Ability to obtain/maintain clear criminal record clearance as required Highlights Healthcare, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
