We’re seeking a driven, resourceful

Sales Representative

based in Miami to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with multifamily property owners, developers, and management companies in the South Florida market. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves building relationships, and is ready to help us scale rapidly. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads within the multifamily real estate sector. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in South Florida, with a focus on Miami and surrounding areas. Conduct consultative sales presentations to property managers, asset managers, and decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off and onboarding of new clients. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Microhub’s solutions. Accurately manage CRM (HubSpot) to track pipeline and activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements:

Based in the greater Miami area and able to travel locally to client sites. Proven experience in the multifamily real estate sector is required. 2+ years of B2B sales experience, in multifamily, real estate, or proptech. Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with the multifamily decision-making process a plus. Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
