Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Regional Sales Manager will drive profitable growth within the Eastern US and Canada, focusing on thermal management products and services. The ideal candidate is a technically savvy sales professional with a proven track record in thermal solutions. Responsibilities
Maintain and grow Wakefield Thermal’s existing customer base in the assigned territory. Identify and develop new customer relationships across various industries. Follow up on leads from web inquiries and distribution channels. Conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations. Promote Wakefield’s thermal engineering services (Coolvations) and educate customers on their benefits. Demonstrate the company's value proposition to prospective clients. Guide and mentor the Senior Customer Care Coordinator in the region. Manage external contract sales representatives within the territory. Collaborate with distribution partners and support their opportunities. Establish and utilize KPIs aligned with strategic goals. Plan, forecast, and report on regional sales performance. Participate in sales and budget planning processes. Utilize CRM systems for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities. Requirements
B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of sales management experience, with at least 5 in thermal solutions or related industries. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation. Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally.
