The Regional Sales Manager will lead the profitable growth of Wakefield’s thermal management products and services for the Eastern region of the United States and Canada. This role requires a technically savvy sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving growth in the thermal management space. Responsibilities:

Maintain and nurture Wakefield Thermal’s existing customer base within the assigned territory. Identify and establish new customers for standard and custom thermal products across various industries. Follow up on leads from web inquiries and distribution sales to qualify potential opportunities. Perform on-site presentations and demonstrations at prospective customer sites. Promote Wakefield’s thermal engineering services ( Coolvations ) and educate customers on their benefits. Demonstrate Wakefield Thermal’s value proposition to prospective customers. Guide, manage, and mentor the Senior Customer Care Coordinator assigned to the region. Manage the goals and priorities of external contract sales representatives within the Eastern region. Partner with Wakefield Thermal’s Distribution Manager and distribution partners to support opportunities. Establish and utilize KPIs for sales and opportunities within the territory, aligning with Wakefield's strategic plan. Plan, forecast, and report on regional business performance. Participate in the annual sales and budget planning process. Act as a trusted and motivated business partner within the sales and marketing group. Utilize the CRM system to manage client relationships and track leads and opportunities. Requirements:

B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering required. 10 years of progressive sales management experience, with 5 years in a related industry (thermal solutions, engineering services, custom machined products). Excellent MS Office capabilities and proficiency in CRM enterprise systems. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. High energy, positive attitude with a desire for success. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
