Their platform combines generative AI with sales enablement tools to help teams onboard faster, create tailored content instantly, and engage buyers in smarter, AI-driven ways. Backed by leading venture capital firms, including Y Combinator and Formus Capital, the company is now scaling toward $1M+ ARR and is looking for a founding team member to help shape its growth. The Opportunity This is a ground-floor role for a proactive SDR who wants to directly influence the sales engine of a fast-growing startup. The person in this role will work closely with the founders and early sales leadership to identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings that drive the company’s revenue. - Direct path to Account Executive Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients and initiate meaningful outreach via email, calls, and social channels. Qualify leads according to the Ideal Customer Profile and ensure the sales team focuses on high-potential opportunities. Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives to maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Craft personalized outreach that addresses prospect pain points and delivers value at every interaction. Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns, messaging, and overall lead generation effectiveness. Track prospect activity in CRM tools, analyze performance, and provide feedback to refine outreach and strategy. Ideal Candidate 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or tech. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound sales targets. Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging prospects across multiple channels. Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities independently. Curious and adaptable, tailoring outreach to different prospects' needs. Excels in fast-moving startup environments where roles evolve quickly.
