We are seeking a dynamic and driven SaaS Account Executive to service a Midwest territory for our client in the wound care management space. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of SaaS sales experience and preferably experience in the healthcare industry. You will work with a team of mixed seniority with an opportunity to mentor more junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Drive Individual Sales Performance: Execute full-cycle SaaS sales across a Midwest territory, including prospecting, outreach (30–40 daily), stakeholder engagement, and closing deals. Manage Multi-Stakeholder Sales Cycles: Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers, ensuring alignment and momentum throughout the cycle. Track and Achieve KPIs: Maintain a KPI-driven approach to outreach, pipeline development, and revenue generation, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies with client needs and company goals. Contribute to Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment by leading through example and promoting accountability and ownership. Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in healthcare or startup environments. Proven success in full-cycle sales Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles. Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” mentality. Nice to Have
Background in healthcare sales. Ability to coach/mentor others to meet targets. Experience scaling teams in startup or high-growth environments. Proficiency in SalesLoft & ZoomInfo Compensation
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Commission Location & Employment Type
Territory: Midwest; Hybrid position with in-office presence required twice per week. Employment type: Full-time Seniority level
