$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Perform mechanical fabrication of metal panels using drill presses, saws, and various power tools. Wire control panels utilizing a broad range of wire gauges, ensuring a clean, professional, and high-quality finish. Set up and operate test equipment to validate functionality and troubleshoot panels as necessary. Accurately interpret and work from mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Package, organize, and deliver assembled goods to the warehouse within designated timelines. Maintain and update key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and inventory. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with multiple Project Engineers. Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures at all times. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Assist in process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the military or an electro-mechanical industry. At least 2 years of experience using and handling handheld power tools safely and effectively. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and symbols. Capable of lifting and handling materials up to 30 lbs. Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude. Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet production deadlines, and maintain high-quality work standards. Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary to meet project demands. Strong ability to follow instructions and collaborate respectfully with colleagues and leadership. Job details
