Human Resources Information System Specialist
Location: New York, NY (Contract)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with techno-functional expertise in HR systems, especially Rippling HRIS. This role involves leading projects for HR workflows, appraisals, payroll, benefits, and equity management systems.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation and optimization of Rippling HR system (HR workflows, appraisals, performance reviews, equity management).
Integrate Rippling with other systems.
Optimize onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
Act as liaison between HR and technical teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver reporting, analytics, and documentation for HR processes.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Rippling HRIS or similar systems (Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors).
Proven Project Management in HR systems/processes.
Knowledge of equity management platforms.
Expertise in HR workflows: onboarding, payroll, benefits, appraisals, and performance management.
Techno-functional expertise plus excellent communication skills.
Preferred: PMP certification and experience with agile methodologies.
