Project Engineer

for mechanical/process engineering design in our

Mandeville, LA

office. Specific responsibilities will vary from project to project and include process design of thermal, membrane, and ion exchange systems; thermal and physical design of heat exchangers, evaporators, and condensers; structural design of skids and frames; and selection of pumps, valves, and other related system components. Responsibilities

Process design of thermal, membrane, and ion exchange systems Thermal and physical design of heat exchangers, evaporators, and condensers Structural design of skids and frames Selection of pumps, valves, and other related system components Participation in all phases of projects from applications to detailed design, documentation, testing, and commissioning Qualifications

BSME or BSChemE with 2+ years of applicable experience Ability to travel domestically and internationally Experience with water purification systems Experience with BioPharm and/or offshore oil & gas process systems Process Design (Hydraulic Analysis, Valve Sizing, Pump Selection, Heat Exchanger Design) Manufacturing experience Competencies

Technical Knowledge – Understanding of engineering principles, industry standards, and relevant software Time Management – Ability to plan, schedule, and balance priorities to meet deadlines and project milestones Problem-Solving – Ability to troubleshoot issues in a manufacturing environment and remotely support service technicians to identify and implement solutions Communication and Collaboration – Work with teams, clients, and manufacturing to ensure smooth project execution Adaptability – Adjusting to changing project requirements, industry standards, and international regulations Seniority level
