The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a superior and innovative Teaching Associate Professor in Dutch. The successful applicant will carry a 3/3 teaching load and perform service in the department.
The Department of Germanic and Slavic Languages and Literatures is committed to research and teaching at all levels in German, Russian and several other Germanic, Central European, and Slavic languages, literatures and cultures.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements : Candidates are expected to present evidence of both experience and excellence in teaching Dutch language and literature at a college or university. Ph.D. in Germanic Languages and Literatures, or a related degree, is required. Native or near-native competence in English and Dutch is required.
