National Account Manager
to expand our omni-channel presence and accelerate growth across
Walmart, Walmart Marketplace, Target, and Michaels —in-store and online. What You’ll Do As the Account Manager, you’ll own the .com and marketplace strategy—driving sales, building assortments, and ensuring our brands stand out digitally. You’ll balance both strategy and execution, leveraging insights to deliver growth while partnering with internal teams and external buyers. In this role, you will: Lead E-Commerce & 3P Marketplace Strategy
– Build annual business plans for
Walmart.com, Walmart Marketplace, Target.com, Michaels.com , and other platforms, balancing topline growth and profitability. Manage Marketplace Operations
– Oversee 3P seller models, reporting, and P&L accountability; ensure compliance with platform requirements and maximize performance. Own Omnichannel Success
– Partner with in-store account managers for Walmart, Target, and Michaels to align promotions, pricing, and launches for a seamless consumer experience. Optimize Assortment & Content
– Drive new product launches, manage SKU setup, ratings & reviews, A+ content, and digital shelf optimization. Leverage Data & Insights
– Analyze consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions. Strengthen Retail & Platform Partnerships
– Build trusted relationships with e-commerce teams at Walmart, Walmart Marketplace, Target, and Michaels while collaborating with internal media teams to maximize visibility through campaigns, promotions, and placements. What You Bring Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business, marketing, or e-commerce. Experience : 7+ years in e-commerce account management with hands-on experience managing .com and 3P marketplace models. Skills: Deep knowledge of 1P/3P e-commerce structures and digital merchandising. Strong analytical and reporting expertise with P&L ownership. Excellent relationship-building skills with
