Annual Bonus and Commission Adecco Permanent Recruitment is recruiting for a Regional Sales Executive to sit remotely in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama.
The qualified candidate for this position will ideally come from a Flavor House and have 4-6 years of experience selling to manufacturing clients in the Food and Beverage space. This position offers a strong starting salary, in addition to commission and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, and 401k with company match)! Please see additional duties and responsibilities below: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and execute the sales strategy for the East Coast region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, cold calls, and prospecting. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Purchasing stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (R&I Lab, Marketing, Regulatory) to tailor flavor solutions to client applications. Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project closure, including post-sales support. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business development reports with accuracy and consistency. Represent Aromatech at regional trade shows and industry events. Travel required up to 50% (overnight and out-of-state expected – Compensation days offered). REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4–6+ years of B2B sales experience in Flavors, Natural Ingredients, Food Compounds, or related sectors (non-commodity). Proven track record of successful territory management and business development. Strong technical understanding of ingredients and flavor applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and commercial teams. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or related field preferred (not required).
