Fraud and Risk Lead Supervisor (Daytime & Weekends)

The Fraud and Risk Lead Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of associates and plays a key role in supervising our fraud customer experience and response across the FanDuel Group brands. Fraud and Risk Supervisors assist in overseeing the day-to-day Fraud support operations to ensure industry leading performance and compliance. This role requires advanced understanding of existing and emerging Fraud risks within Daily Fantasy Sports, online gaming or related industries. Fraud and Risk Supervisors must pass required licensing as mandated by various state gaming and racing regulatory bodies. Failure to be licensed or retain licensure will result in termination of employment. This position reports to the Fraud Support Senior Manager. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. Supervise and coordinate fraud support operations during critical daytime/weekend hours Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Fraud Support Associates through regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning Lead analysis and resolution of high-priority fraud cases, escalations, and chargebacks using advanced fraud detection tools and additional data sources Oversee service levels, handle times, quality scores, and maintain team KPIs while ensuring efficient fraud support operations and high QA standards Identify emerging fraud trends, bonus abuse patterns, and new threats; design and implement enhanced detection processes and countermeasures Partner with Prevention, Payments, and other operation teams to address complex fraud issues and ensure seamless evening shift coordination Provide detailed reports on new fraud trends, case outcomes, and operational performance to senior leadership Ensure fraud investigations and decisions meet regulatory requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit purposes The Stats

3+ years of fraud and/or customer support experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, DFS, or related online gaming, sports betting/e-commerce fields preferred Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, criminal justice or related field preferred Direct experience managing or mentoring a team of associates and the desire to help others learn and grow Advanced level of familiarity with online gaming fraud schemes and categories as well as knowledge of common fraud-prevention strategies and systems Strong analytical ability; SQL experience preferred Competence with Salesforce or comparative CRM tooling Shift availability: Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST. Some weekend work is required Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada.
