We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager, who will lead a team of Account Executives generating growth within their respective region. This individual will be responsible for generating revenue growth and achieving individual, team, and organizational goals.
In this role, you will contribute to the regional sales strategy, lead implementation, and drive execution to meet corporate objectives. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in business-to-business product sales and management.
Responsibilities
Lead the region to surpass growth, revenue, organizational health, and customer satisfaction targets.
Develop and grow a team of qualified sales professionals with high potential.
Manage a high-performance, customer-focused team of Account Executives to build customer value and relationships.
Coach team members in sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career development.
Utilize industry knowledge to help AEs identify and close profitable opportunities.
Maintain a healthy vendor ecosystem to support sales.
Achieve personal and team sales goals and metrics.
Manage and close complex sales involving C-level decision makers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or at least five years of sales and management experience in the packaging industry.
Experience in industrial or packaging sales preferred.
Strong understanding of solution selling and influencing skills, capable of engaging up to C-level executives.
Excellent analytical skills for sales tracking and market analysis.
Financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
