Polly . Polly is changing how people shop for car insurance through technology. This remote-based (home office) role is for a licensed personal lines insurance sales agent with a digital orientation and strong growth focus. Base pay range: $32,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers on inbound leads (no cold calling). Handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month from motivated real-time car buyers. Navigate multiple carrier systems while preparing and cross-selling personalized quotes. Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers and clients. Close sales at a strong conversion rate from high inbound lead flow. Foster an unmatched customer experience at every touchpoint. Schedule and Training

New Agent Schedule is 11am-8pm ET, 4 days/week and every Saturday 10am-7pm ET. Schedules will be assigned based on business needs and commence after full-time training. Polly Sales Center hours are 9:00am - 8:00pm (EST), Monday - Friday, and 10:00am - 7:00pm on Saturdays. Training: you will work full-time during training (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) with live sessions and independent time. Group training hours alternate weekly for 4 weeks (two weeks Mon-Fri 10am-7pm and two weeks Tue-Sat 10am-7pm). After training, you transition to the full-time New Agent Schedule above. Compensation

Polly offers a competitive base salary of 32k-38k annually plus bonus. Our agents have the opportunity to reach 50k-60k in total compensation annually depending on location and experience. What You'll Need to Succeed

A valid Property and Casualty insurance license 1+ year of experience selling auto & home insurance in a call center Experience in a high-volume call center Experience selling multiple carriers and multiple state coverages Solid computer, IT, and systems skills Persuasive, persistent, and confident in closing a sale in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities Self-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, or other rating tools (preferred) Bilingual required (Spanish) Home internet connection from a major ISP with minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload Benefits
