Inbound Remote Sales Representative role at Liberty Mutual Insurance. This position is located remotely with training provided and requires a Property & Casualty Insurance license (license training included if needed). Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Description
Inside Sales Agent handles inbound calls and warm leads, consults with customers on their insurance needs, and matches the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Why Liberty Mutual?
Pay details reflect base salary with opportunities for growth and commissions. Paid training and licensing are included. This role is based in Florida for residency eligibility. Position details
Paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives require a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if not licensed, training includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Rewards and recognition opportunities. Schedule requires 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift changes. All computer equipment provided; W@H requirements include a dedicated workspace and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite/mobile internet not supported. 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills; ability to close sales. Good communication with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency.
