Drive the local sales team to overachieve the regional monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive expansion of new and existing store locations to unlock incremental market potential and consumer reach. Analyze market and competitive trends to identify customer consumption habits, forecast sales potential, build competitor databases, and develop successful sales strategies. Develop and execute regional market penetration strategies, focusing on underserved areas in CA and surrounding states. Demonstrate balanced decision-making by integrating business realities and long-term objectives to navigate complex situations. Manage distributor networks through tiered partnerships and CRM, improving engagement and reducing churn. Identify and acquire high-potential clients with long-term partnerships. Design partner incentive programs and advise dealers on policies and procedures. Lead planning and optimization of direct store operations, establishing performance benchmarks and SOPs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Service, Training, and HQ Strategy teams. Develop and manage local trade show calendar and participate in events to represent Fotile. Lead and coach the local sales team to meet performance standards and drive growth. Establish execution accountability and continuous improvement through coaching and development plans. Ad hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales or distributor management experience; home appliances or related industries preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required. Strong relationship management and development skillset. Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong leadership, analytical and execution capability with a goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with the local North American market landscape is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Benefits
