We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our Minneapolis, MN territory.
What you'll do:
As an Outside Sales Representative with Simone Engineering, a subsidiary of FCX Performance, you will grow your territory (and your earnings!) by bringing in new business and developing repeat business relationships within your existing accounts. This will require calling on engineers, maintenance, and others to determine their needs through a consultative approach.

Requirements:
Outside sales experience within the industrial fields
Knowledge of valves, pumps, instrumentation; flow control products is a bonus
Ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships at all levels of customer organizations
Proven success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory
Mechanical aptitude
Computer skills; Profit 21 is a plus
Preferred Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical total compensation for this position is estimated at $90,000-$110,000, including a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 in the first year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission incentives.
