FLSA Status: Non Exempt. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced. To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs. In This Role, You Will

Be responsible for processing incoming sales finance applications on a timely basis for review by underwriters. As the CAO Underwriter, you will be involved in the funding/verification process of the contracts received. Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Proactively and accurately inputs sales finance credit applications received into application system. Notifies underwriters or Manager on duty of pending applications for review. Reviews pending applications on periodic basis to verify they have been underwritten and approved or denied. Contacts Sales Finance dealers with answers on credit applications. Maintains accurate and complete records on applications processed and funded. Works with underwriters providing verifications of employment and residence. Answers incoming telephone calls. Answers customers’ questions and ensures that clients are given superior customer service. May perform additional functions depending on demand and center staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service. Other functions include but are not limited to: completing and processing loan applications, contacting customers, answering phones, photocopying, filing, etc. This position may require working a non-traditional schedule as worked out with the Manager and Operations Center Vice President. Evenings, weekends, and holiday hours may be included. Provides service to internal and external customers as needed regarding policy and procedure and exceptions through exceptional timeliness, courtesy, and professionalism. Reviews sales finance applications for completeness and possible upselling. Places sales calls to increase and retain new or existing retail merchant base. Assists AM and BM with administrative work, reporting functions, and departmental initiatives as directed under AM/BM supervision. May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service. Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years prior successful work experience in an office environment utilizing a variety of office equipment and engaging in varied duties where time management and strong attentiveness to detail and accuracy are required. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated through prior work experience, interview process, and on-the-job training, to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to utilize all types of office equipment. Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
