Staff Accountant

In this role, you’ll handle a mix of daily, monthly, and year-end accounting tasks. You’ll work closely with leadership, help ensure financial accuracy, and play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr PEG Staffing & Recruiting provided pay range. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You’ll Do
Prepare and post journal entries Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts Support monthly and annual close processes Assist with financial reporting and audits Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Review and analyze expenses and variances Support AP/AR and payroll functions as needed What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines What We Offer
