Centersquare DC is seeking a

Senior Manager, Finance

that will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will support the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budget process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. S/he will provide financial support to senior management including financial modeling, preparing management presentations, and other projects requested by senior management. This position acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. The position reports to the

VP of Finance .

Overview The following outlines the primary responsibilities, qualifications, and related details for the role.

Position Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for revenue modeling including customer level analytics

Provide regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams promoting quality assurance for all processes impacting revenue

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units

Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards

Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive business performance

Oversee financial planning models and conduct scenario/sensitivity analyses to guide investment decisions

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards

(GAAP/IFRS) , and corporate policies

Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and other departments to align financial reporting and capital planning

Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools

Mentor and develop junior finance team members

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred

7–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), and BI tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and support executive decision-making

Preferably investment banking, audit, or professional services background
