Our formal 9 to 10-week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our team's success. Interns work alongside real estate professionals in an innovative, fast-paced environment and are expected to approach tasks with dedication and initiative. The program connects students with industry leaders and provides foundational real estate knowledge through a speaker series and networking events, with hands-on professional development and training. We focus on accelerating growth with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern-led activities to build collaboration and a connected cohort. Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of the property budgets, with input from Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Community Managers, Asset Managers and Owners. Analyze monthly performance and budget projections and compare to the annual management plan and budget. Review and analysis of detailed budget variance reports (BVR), income/expense, capital expenditures, leasing costs, NOI and cash flow; financial analysis of construction & development projects relative to each site’s operational and financial status and goals. Assist in creating monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packages. Create monthly cash flow projections for cost centers and business platforms. Prepare actual versus budget variance analysis. Qualifications

Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2026 and Spring 2027 A strong passion for real estate Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel Demonstrates strong technical skills and job-specific knowledge Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing Self-starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $30 Eligibility and Notices
