Support the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting for multiple single-purpose real estate entities. Assist with bank reconciliations, cash management, intercompany transactions, and trust accounts. Help process development and property invoices, rent payments, and CAM reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, general ledgers, and variance reports. Work on construction loan accounting, bank draws, and capital funding support. Collaborate with property management and development teams on financial reporting and reconciliations. Handle confidential information related to ownership’s personal and family office finances. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of accounting experience (real estate, construction, or property management preferred). Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and MRI preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working onsite every day and managing multiple entities and accounts. High level of integrity and professionalism; ability to handle confidential financial information. What They Offer You
