Change Enablement Analyst Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (4 days onsite) Job Type: Contract to Hire Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and analytical Change Enablement Analyst with at least 2+ years of experience to join our growing Enterprise Change Enablement team. The ideal candidate brings end-to-end experience in organizational change enablement—including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, training development and delivery, readiness measurement, and post-implementation adoption tracking. You should thrive in dynamic cross-functional environments, demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills, and are adept at translating change strategies into actionable plans that drive engagement. The Change Enablement Analyst Associate supports the change team in the integration, delivery and monitoring of the Enterprise Change Enablement practice and methodology across the business. The role provides support to the department through development of communications and reports to support KPIs. Under the guidance of the Change Manager, the Analyst Associate will support change management activities on one or more corporate initiatives. Areas of focused support may be in work planning, change management planning, organization design, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, communications, business readiness and transition planning. This role will also support tasks such as developing presentations, and coordinating and attending change-focused events (i.e. Roadshows, Lunch and Learns, Education Sessions, etc.). Furthermore, the Change Enablement Analyst Associate will support key project management activities based on team needs, such as ensuring tasks remain on schedule, helping to resolve risks or issues, providing progress updates, and measuring learning effectiveness. Work Conditions
• Employees are expected to be at the office four (4) days per week, and work at their home office the remaining day. Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement and Communications (60%) • Support stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement strategies. • Assist in developing and delivering targeted communications to stakeholders. • Track and report on stakeholder feedback and concerns. Analysis & Planning (20%) • Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses for transformation initiatives. • Analyze current-state processes, systems, and structures to identify opportunities for improvement. • Assist in mapping transformation roadmaps and workstreams. Project Support & Reporting (10%) • Monitor project performance metrics, milestones, and deliverables. • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. • Maintain documentation related to transformation activities (risk logs, change plans, etc.). • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions. • Identify opportunities to refine organizational change enablement processes and tools. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Relations, or Adult Education, degree/diploma or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in change enablement, communications, project coordination, transformation, strategy, or process improvement. Experience supporting large-scale change, transformation and technology projects, and ERP implementations. Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Projects and SharePoint). Familiarity with change enablement methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Certification or coursework in organizational change enablement. Experience working in consulting, financial services, healthcare, or technology environment. Exposure to Agile or Lean methodologies. Experience working in fast-paced, complex work environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities. Non-negotiables
