Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Change Enablement Analyst
with 2+ years of experience to support enterprise transformation initiatives. This role partners with the Change Manager and broader team to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, training, and adoption tracking. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, thrives in dynamic environments, and can translate change strategies into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities
Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities. Conduct impact and readiness assessments; contribute to transformation roadmaps. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to track KPIs and adoption. Assist in coordinating events (roadshows, workshops, education sessions). Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field. 2+ years of experience in change enablement, transformation, or project coordination. Experience supporting large-scale change, technology projects, or ERP implementations. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, SharePoint). Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) preferred. Change enablement certification, Agile/Lean exposure, or consulting background a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.
