Real Estate Associate
to join a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in California. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile
commercial real estate transactions , playing an integral role in shaping development projects across the Sacramento region and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Represent developers, investors, financial institutions, homebuilders, and other real estate professionals in a variety of
commercial real estate transactions . Provide strategic legal counsel on matters related to
early-stage development, asset management, financing, acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions . Work closely with litigators to provide comprehensive legal solutions, though this role is
primarily transactional . Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and other key real estate contracts. Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to state and federal real estate laws. Qualifications:
At least
three years of experience
in real estate law, with a focus on
commercial real estate transactions and finance . Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, client service, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Work Environment & Benefits:
