Account Executive - Minneapolis, MN
Ready Credit Corporation (RCC) is an innovative fintech payments company, creating new ways for consumers to get access to electronic payments. The position supports RCC’s Cashless Solutions sales growth in the sports venue, attractions, entertainment, lodging and hospitality markets. We are looking for a hungry go-getter with experience selling financial technology services. The ideal candidate is outcome-driven, a creative problem solver, and a team player who can build strong relationships with clients across multiple markets. A 5-7 year track record in successful sales is preferred. Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals Engage in conversations with senior-level contacts regarding business priorities and challenges, and explore relevant solution options Prepare and present detailed proposals and sales presentations that articulate the value proposition of our products and services and overcome objections Overcome objections through solution selling and negotiate terms of agreement Listen and demonstrate interest in the prospect while guiding the conversation effectively Effectively manage the sales process with multiple complex deals across several clients and sales stages Consistently exceed sales growth objectives Advance sales opportunities and close sales in a timely manner Utilize HubSpot data to manage your pipeline and sales results About You
Minimum 5-7 years previous experience in a customer-facing environment B2B sales Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals Highly energetic self-starter; results driven with excellent time management skills Strong people skills; able to overcome tough objections; solution selling Great teammate who partners with others for team success Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) 4-year degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Salesforce Powered by JazzHR
