Senior Account Executive, SLED at RingCentral. This role focuses on driving sales in the State & Local Government, Higher Education and K-12 sectors with a patch covering Pennsylvania, DC, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. RingCentral is a leading provider of cloud-based communications and contact center solutions. RingSense AI is our proprietary AI solution designed to fit the business needs of our customers and built on open platform principles. This role is part of RingCentral’s SLED Sales team and contributes to growth in key public sector verticals. Responsibilities

Focus on State & Local Government, Higher Education and K-12 segments above 400 employees Technology field sales in a greenfield space using remote resources (engineering, marketing, business development, etc.) Partner with regional VARs to identify, engage, and deliver new customers Own strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting, and GTM for the respective patch Demonstrated experience leading complex sales cycles and negotiating value-based agreements Qualifications

7+ years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony) at an Enterprise level Experience selling to State, Local, Higher Education and Healthcare verticals Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Skilled in presentations, online demos, and following a measured sales process Experience prospecting and acquiring net new logos Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey ideas clearly Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly Energetic, proactive, and results-driven BS degree; ongoing training/education preferred Willingness to travel 15-25% in the territory What we offer

If you are hired in New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $230,000 and $270,000 for full-time employees, plus eligibility for variable pay, equity and benefits.
