We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations and strategic programs. We're looking for a detail-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business process, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O initiatives, from planning to post-go-live stabilization. Collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across functional areas. Drive system integration efforts across ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms. Ensure system architecture, configuration, and data flows align with business strategy and compliance standards. Required Skills: 5–7 years of experience in ERP project/program management, preferably within D365 F&O. Strong understanding of F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Operations. Experience with system integration, data migration, and process automation. Proven success managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed or global environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills. Nice to Have: D365 certifications (e.g., Functional Consultant, Solution Architect). PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification. Background in manufacturing, retail, or logistics sectors. Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power Platform, or Dynamics CRM.
