Primary Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system, greet callers, establish reason for calling and resolve issue in a professional manner by contacting the appropriate person that can help the caller or by taking accurate messages Ensure all requirements are met on new applications before submitting to the insurance carrier Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements Process all insurance cases within Salesforce Provide professional correspondence via email and phone Work efficiently to meet all service level agreements Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites Work closely with team members to meet common goals and assist when able
Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum of a High school diploma / GED Strong computer skills; able to type 60+ word per minute Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Experience with G Suite and Salesforce preferred, not required Experience in related position preferred, not required
Core Competencies:
Ability to provide exceptional customer service Effective time management skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Capable of working both independently and in a team environment Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail is a must Ability to react to change in a productive and positive manner
Compensation:
Compensation Based On Experience
Base: $17-$19/hour Annual Performance Bonus Target: 5% Employee benefits (health, 401k, life, etc.) Paid Time Off / Paid Holidays Professional training and development Ongoing coaching and mentoring Small-company feel with big-company support Possibility to work remote as a work perk, not guaranteed Opportunities for advancement with company growth
