Gas Controller Associate

Position Description: With approximately 70,000 miles of natural gas pipelines, we own an interest in or operate the largest natural gas network in North America. Our pipelines serve major domestic markets and transport approximately 40 percent of the natural gas consumed in the United States. They are connected to key natural gas resource plays and supply areas, including Eagle Ford, Marcellus, Bakken, Utica, Uinta Permian, Haynesville, Fayetteville, and Barnett. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure safe, dependable, and efficient pipeline operations. This is an entry-level position performing duties of a gas controller on systems such as KMTP, Tejas, Copano, or Kinder Hawk. Location: Houston; Shifts: 12-hour shifts. Draft and distribute emergency response communiqués using KM’s emergency response systems. Conduct shift turnovers via verbal and written communication. Prioritize safety for personnel, assets, and the public.
