The Role The Programmatic Analytics and Strategy team at Zeta Global provides actionable insights to both external customers and internal teams. For external customers, analysts partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to monitor our optimization platform, design Real-time Brand Optimization surveys, introduce humanly designed segments to boost model exploration and learning, and deliver actionable insight presentations and lead marketing strategy discussions with clients. For internal teams, they provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams on automation and model features to advance the reliability, reach, and effectiveness of programmatic campaigns. Ideally, you'll be located on the west coast in LA or San Francisco and work hybrid in our office. Responsibilities Client-facing lead responsible for communication campaign strategy, reviewing campaign-based insights and providing a storytelling interpretation of provided insights Work with clients to understand key business challenges and design analytic and testing plans to derive actionable intelligence Own campaign performance and reporting insights while recommending opportunities for optimization (e.g., running additional channels, updating current targeting strategy, pitching new analyses to help with client’s business challenges/objectives) Reviewing performance of models across revenue, performance, and pacing Design and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to determine measurement tools and products appropriate for addressing client business challenges Develop innovative measurement tools and solutions Consult with clients regarding development and alignment of marketing programs across online channels Determine setup, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization modeling requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of optimization efforts; participate in internal discussions to help set up campaigns for success Communicate campaign optimization results to clients to prove value against original business goals Desired Skills And Experience 2-4 years of working experience in a similar role Extensive experience with SQL and Excel/pivot tables Experience in a digital media/programmatic analytics role Experience pulling and putting together audience insights reports Experience with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, SAS or other data manipulation tools a plus A great communicator who can convey complex technical features in simple terms Aptitude for media and strategy and the ability to contextually relay concepts to clients Able to multitask and prioritize among several high-profile clients Creativity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and drive Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that will be rapidly changing Enthusiastic team player with collaboration and knowledge sharing mindset Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done Data-driven, technical, self-starting and curious Excellent presentation/visualization/storytelling skills with PowerPoint Excellent diagnostic skills Technical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimize the use of our tech platform Professional oral and written communication skills Client-facing experience Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent experience Benefits & Perks Unlimited PTO Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage Employee Equity and Stock Purchase Plan Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance Salary Range The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 depending on location and experience.
