The Revenue Auditor is responsible for the daily audit of cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count and nongaming revenue areas, and for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. Position: Revenue Auditor Location: Catawba Two Kings Casino Responsibilities

Perform audits on daily revenue activity across gaming areas, including table games, slots, electronic games, age and non-gaming revenue areas. Provide superior customer service and maintain positive interactions with external and internal customers and employees; demonstrate resiliency when dealing with difficult customers and work harmoniously with coworkers. Investigate and report discrepancies identified through the audit process to the controller. Accurately verify and record revenue from different gaming areas; ensure all revenue streams are properly accounted for. Ensure compliance with Internal Controls by reviewing source documents and procedures for adherence to minimum internal control standards and company policies. Gather and reconcile revenue and other financial and statistical information. Track and report daily revenue activity and prepare daily operating reports for review. Perform complex auditing and clerical work related to revenue accounting. Train and ensure compliance with minimum internal control standards and company policies. Document audit results and any instances of non-compliance. Perform all duties in accordance with customer service standards. Develop and implement best practices in all areas of financial reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associate’s degree in accounting or finance, and/or related experience of 1-2 years in payroll, auditing, or bookkeeping (Strongly preferred). Casino revenue audit experience (Strongly preferred). Prior experience in a clerical position, required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to maintain integrity and discretion when handling confidential information; able to solve practical problems and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment. Ability to learn accounting principles and regulations; strong attention to internal controls. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access. Detail oriented with time management and multi-tasking abilities; self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed and in a loud fast-paced environment (may be exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke). Physical Requirements

While performing duties, must be able to reach with hands and arms; bend to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; talk, hear, and see. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May occasionally stand, walk, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
