Position: Director of Genomic Pathology

Overview The Department of Pathology and Cell Biology and the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center (HICCC) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) are seeking a visionary leader to advance clinical and scientific innovation in genomic pathology. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing clinical and research-grade molecular testing for cancer.

About HICCC The HICCC is a premier cancer research and patient care center, one of 57 NCI-designated comprehensive cancer centers in the U.S., with over $37 million in NCI funding and more than $120 million in cancer grants.

Research Environment The Department hosts 50 research groups focusing on areas such as cell biology, cancer biology, neurodegeneration, metabolism, diabetes, and stem cell biology.
