See information below for start dates for specific coaching positions DETAILS Boys Soccer Assistant Coach Season Dates: 8/11/2025 - 11/1/2025 Stipend Amount: $2,300 Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated belief in all students and the mission of DSST. Strong character and belief in the core values of DSST. An ability to work and collaborate across lines of difference. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of the game and passion for sportsmanship. Ideal Qualifications Coaching Experience Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels. Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention. THE ROLE To live and model the school’s core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community To reinforce the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team. Conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development. Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols. All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses.
