Touro University . Overview Touro's Lander College of Men is hiring adjunct faculty in the athletic department. Adjuncts are responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, student advisement, grading, and assessment as part of the instructional team. Responsibilities Prepares and delivers lectures to undergraduate students. Prepares course materials including syllabi, exams, homework assignments, and handouts. Creates a classroom environment conducive to participation and learning. Prepares students for assessments and provides performance feedback. Maintains office hours for advising and assistance; checks college emails regularly. Stays updated with field advancements and integrates new knowledge into curriculum. Qualifications Previous college-level athletic teaching experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Expert knowledge of the field. Ability to make decisions and solve problems. Performs administrative activities. Compensation Maximum Salary: USD $79.00/Hr. Minimum Salary: USD $63.00/Hr.
