The selected candidate will work as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting PEO-STRI, located in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include providing program management and financial management for multiple programs, in-depth financial analysis and recommendations. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the PEO-STRI team in developing spend plans, execution reports, and other financial reports as needed, ensuring compliance with Financial Management and Defense Level Regulations.

Responsibilities
Strategic Contracting: Contractor shall provide comprehensive program management support to Defense-wide customers and missions focused on FMS, ensuring strict adherence to all Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and Department of Defense level regulations, to include Department of Government Efficiency initiatives. The contractor will also analyze current financial processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance financial transparency and efficiency.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. Specifically, this includes spend plans, execution reports, under-execution variances, and get-well plans and other ad hoc.
Budget Formulation and Programming: Support the development and execution of budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource availability. Specifically, this includes support of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) efforts with Training Program Evaluation Group (PEG), Equipping PEG, Digital PEG, and Congressional Justifications.
Defense Financial Management Systems: Provide leadership to an action officer team in defense-specific financial management systems, including but not limited to Vantage, Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Contracting Management Action Tracker (CMAT) and G-invoicing.
Qualifications
15 Years Financial Management in Department of Defense
DoD Financial Management (FM) Level III
Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Business Cost Financial Management, Advanced
Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Eligible
