Business Solutions Manager @ Ultimate Staffing This is a Temp role. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries. Utilize SAP S/4HANA for financial reporting, data analysis, and process optimization. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). Minimum of 7 years of professional accounting experience. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Skills
CPA or CMA certification. Experience in a multinational or large corporate environment. Familiarity with automation tools and financial systems integration.
