Compensation $45,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities Communicate with the senior mortgage loan officer/ MLO to recommend suitable mortgage loan products based on the applicant’s financial status. Assemble financial information, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situations and eligibility. Meet sales expectations, generate new business, get referrals, and monitor the sales pipeline. Liaise between realtors, senior MLO/mortgage loan originator, underwriters, lenders, and loan processors to ensure successful transactions. Create personal relationships with applicants, offer additional information, and answer questions about home mortgage products. Qualifications Excellent relationship-building, sales, communication, and MS Office skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Familiarity with home mortgage guidelines and various loan types (FHA, VA, commercial loans) is beneficial but not required. Willingness to complete training for NMLS/MLO/state license. Experience in credit unions, lending, real estate, or financial services is a bonus but not required.
