We are a high-growth, SEC-registered RIA with a clear mission: to deliver holistic, client-first financial planning and investment management. We are scaling rapidly nationwide through strategic marketing and acquisitions, and we are looking for a key investment leader to help steer the engine. The Opportunity This is not a back-office maintenance role. This is a high-visibility opportunity to take true ownership of our portfolio management process. You will report directly to senior leadership and be a critical voice in our investment committee. You won't just run the models; you will actively research, design, build, and refine them. You will work in direct collaboration with our financial advisors, serving as the subject matter expert who helps them translate complex market strategy into clear, confident client conversations. You will mentor junior analysts, drive our research and due diligence process, and see your work make a measurable impact on thousands of clients. You are a wizard with advanced Excel and have deep experience with professional-grade portfolio management and research tools (like Morningstar, Black Diamond, or Orion). You are Credentialed.
You have a degree in Finance or a related field, and you have likely earned (or are in the final stages of) your
CFA
or
CFP

$125,000 – $175,000 , commensurate with your experience, credentials, and expertise. This package is significantly enhanced by: A generous discretionary bonus program tied to firm growth and individual performance. A substantial 401(k) employer matching contribution.
