Candidates who receive an offer of employment will be hired contingent upon the satisfactory completion of fingerprinting/background checks, verification of freedom from Tuberculosis, and verification of I-9 employment eligibility. Requirements / Qualifications The Volleyball Head coaching position is currently being offered at Unidos Middle School. Candidates should be experienced in the sport, have coaching experience, and a resume of working with student-athletes. Unidos Middle School desires to select a coach committed to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Applicants will be required to obtain First Aid/CPR, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest, NFHS Concussion in Sports, and NFHS Heat and Illness Prevention certifications, along with all other Napa Valley Unified School District HR required documents. The season runs from September to October for 5 weeks, with a stipend awarded at season's end. Duties include managing a five-week schedule, conducting daily practices, managing equipment, traveling to away games, developing positive relationships with parents and players, and planning an end-of-season awards ceremony. Must have knowledge of sportsmanship, adolescent physical capacities, coaching principles, and oversight of the volleyball program. All candidates should apply through Ed Join.
