What You Will Do
Innovation & Commercialization
The finance partner on the innovation and commercialization teams. This includes developing new product P&L's to understand viability of ideas and adjusting financials as the project matures. Provide recommendations and advise cross-functional teams on financial implications.
Monthly Close and Projection Cycle
Responsible for monthly close activities to ensure books are closed accurately and timely. Analyze and explain business drivers for monthly results and form recommendations for the projection cycle. Understand what happened, why, and what it means for the future.
Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan Creation
Assist in modeling assumptions during the AOP and SP creation, gather financial and strategic inputs, and track key metrics to understand actuals vs. plan.
Reporting
Drive standardization and simplification of division reporting, from monthly reports to leadership presentations.
Additional Responsibilities
Partner with finance leads on scenario planning, projects, presentation creation, and ad-hoc requests from cross-functional partners.
What You Will Bring To The Table… (Must Have)
Understand what happened, why it happened, and develop recommendations and implications.
Understand the entire P&L, derive drivers, develop trends and KPIs, and communicate them clearly.
Partner with cross-functional teams and manage concurrent timelines with prioritization.
High energy, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quality work.
Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills with solid financial concepts.
Ability to take on and lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Autonomous, proactive, and a team player with collaborative skills.
Strong relationship-building with cross-functional teams and ability to interpret complex data into insights.
Understanding of Campbell’s current system ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years related experience Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Compensation And Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $65,500-$94,200. Individual base pay depends on location, experience, skills, and education. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We offer health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
