Work You Will Be Responsible For

Participating in and leading functional analysis interviews and documenting findings in reports

Reviewing benchmarking analyses

Drafting and compiling client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations

Reviewing and analyzing financial data and computing transfer pricing adjustments

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of US transfer pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines

Interacting with clients on calls, meetings, and via email

Attending professional conferences and assisting in preparing technical articles and publications

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of transfer pricing experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

CPA, Enrolled Agent, Masters in Economics, MBA, JD, or LLM

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

Substantial knowledge of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property

Experience analyzing related-party financial transactions (e.g., interest rate benchmarking, credit rating analyses)

Ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data/models to aid senior decision-makers

Superior financial modeling skills, with ability to develop and update complex models

Ability to assess input data validity and stress-test end results

Experience identifying and addressing client needs, managing engagements, and balancing project economics with issues

Demonstrated team leadership, workload management, and providing timely feedback
