Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations assessing sensory motor/perceptual functioning, academic achievement, intelligence, social/emotional adjustment, and crisis impacts. Interpret and synthesize assessment data to develop insights into student needs. Collaborate as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team to create targeted service plans for students and their families. Provide guidance and support to educational staff in understanding psychological assessments and implementing intervention strategies. Participate in meetings and case conferences to monitor student progress and adjust service plans accordingly.
Qualifications
Valid licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working within K-12 educational settings. Strong skills in psychological assessment and data interpretation. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff.
