Join our team to contribute to tax compliance, reporting, and related initiatives within the Corporate Tax Team. Job Summary

The Senior Tax Analyst will perform day-to-day tax compliance functions for U.S. and international components of Harley-Davidson. Responsibilities include maintaining tax systems for compliance and reporting, assisting in tax projects, partnering with business teams on transformation initiatives, and providing value-added support within the Corporate Tax Team. Responsibilities

Prepare US taxable income calculations, global tax provisions, balance sheet rollforward schedules, non-US income tax return review, return-to-provision calculations, tax footnote preparation, and income inclusion calculations. Analyze tax accounts and support budgeting/forecasting, intercompany pricing, transfer pricing reports, and transfer pricing monitoring files. Create and maintain tax workpapers, document procedures, and ensure tax systems support across income tax activities. Prepare annual state, federal, and US income tax returns (Forms 5471 for international affiliates) and review related returns and deliverables from service providers. Coordinate with service providers and local finance teams on tax compliance and reporting, including scheduling calls and collecting data. Prepare journal entries, check requests, and respond to tax authority inquiries as needed. Prepare international reporting for BEA, Forms W-8BEN-E, and assist with residency certificates. Conduct tax research, support audits (federal, state, and international), and maintain audit-ready workpapers. Support SOX tax controls and internal control documentation; participate in process improvements for tax provision, compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to develop global tax capabilities using CorpTax, SAP, and other tax technology tools. Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree required (Business such as Accounting or Finance); Master of Science in Taxation or Law degree is a plus. Typically requires 3 years of related experience. Strong business, communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple data sources and utilize tax technology tools. Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and capable of driving projects with limited supervision. Preferred

Familiarity with CorpTax (Compliance and Provision), Alteryx, and SAP consolidation/reporting tools. Experience or knowledge of the global motorcycle market or consumer industry; international experience preferred. Additional Information
