The
BVT Analyst
plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of business validation testing processes within the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying discrepancies, and validating business rules to support decision-making and operational excellence. The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor validation tests that align with business objectives and compliance standards. By providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations, the BVT Analyst helps drive continuous improvement in business processes and system performance. Ultimately, this role contributes to minimizing risks and enhancing the overall quality of business operations at the BVT Location. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in business validation testing, data analysis, or a similar analytical role. Strong understanding of business processes and data validation methodologies. Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present findings clearly. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages. Familiarity with industry-specific compliance standards relevant to the BVT Location. Advanced certifications in data analysis, business analysis, or quality assurance. Experience working in cross-functional project teams within a corporate environment. Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain business validation test plans and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements. Analyze data outputs from various systems to identify inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and quality assurance to understand requirements and translate them into effective validation strategies. Monitor and report on validation test results, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as needed. Support the continuous improvement of validation processes by identifying automation opportunities and best practices. Skills
