Server Analyst
to join our team in
Columbia, SC . This role offers a
hybrid
schedule, with
onsite
work required
Tuesday through Thursday .
Key Responsibilities
Perform various monitoring activities and health checks
Check job status, review operational dashboards, and check/review email notifications
Focus on incident response and problem management
Assign incident tickets, troubleshoot monitoring alerts, and provide technical assistance to customers
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
6 years of server or other job-related experience
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
7 years of experience working in infrastructure/server environments performing analysis, planning, and implementation
Experience with:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Infrastructure management
Ansible
Proficiency in scripting languages (i.e., Bash, Perl, Yaml)
AIX experience, Solaris experience, IT vulnerability management, and security and compliance
Education/Certifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ is preferred
The hourly rate for this position is $59.36.
