Description
Position Overview Our IT Financial Analyst is responsible for managing IT financial transactions, purchasing, and supporting the department's budget process. The role includes coordinating technical projects with vendors, business units, and manufacturing organizations. Additional duties within the department may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities
IT Financial Management: Facilitate IT department budget processes. Maintain Actual vs. Budget for all IT expenditures. Manage IT purchasing, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoice reconciliation; collaborate with department and Accounts Payable. Identify and implement process efficiencies. Create and manage Capital Expense forms, including spend reporting. Procure hardware, mobile equipment, and licenses through approved vendors. Maintain hardware inventory levels and tracking. Serve as Vendor Point of Contact. Project Coordination (limited involvement): Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals. Create and maintain project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and risks. Track and report project status, conduct meetings. Coordinate with other project leads and ensure proper documentation. Experience/Qualifications
Accounting foundation. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and decision-making capacity. Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues. Strong time management skills. ERP systems experience. Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel. Company Overview
